Position: Financial System Analyst-Level 1
4Expert is currently seeking a financial system analyst to assist its new solution development initiative with Oracle PeopleSoft product line. 4Expert develops custom software solutions to streamline PeopleSoft ERP implementation for
its customers.
Responsibilities:
· Research and document common business back office financial processes including
general ledger, account payable, expense,
account receivable and project costing
·
Conduct ERP (Oracle PeopleSoft) System
gap/fit analysis/running compare reports
· Define functional requirements including employee self service, accounting reporting
and corporate tax
·
Develop proof of concept for system
demonstration
·
Configure system to satisfy various
business requirements
·
Analyze data and generate reports based
on Excel
·
Create end user functional training
documentation
·
Document and QA provided information,
systems and processes
·
Participate in production system support
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems preferred with 1 or 2
years related work experience
·
Experience creating and maintaining
financial reports using Microsoft Excel desired
·
Database structure and querying skills
strongly preferred
·
Ability to create and maintaining SQL
tables and views desired
·
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
and Pivot tables needed
· Proficiency with standard functions in MS Office application suite (e.g., Word,
PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
·
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written
communication skills needed
·
Demonstrated ability to successfully
work in a team oriented environment
· Self-motivated individual that is able to work accurately under pressure and meet
deadlines
·
Ability to create logical and innovative
solutions to complex problems
· Demonstrated ability to interact and effectively communicate with internal executives
and managers
